Food was authentic and very good service with reasonable prices. Had the steak tacos. Will go back for one of the platters.

i heard that this place was not only a small grocery store, but a delicious place to grab a bite. it's small, full of amazing goods, and the staff are friendly. i ordered carne asada tacos with handmade tortillas, and horchata. the tortilla texture was unlike anything i've had. it was incredibly delicious and fresh. -i wish i asked for salsa- the horchata almost had the slightest banana flavor? not my personal preference, but still refreshing. i will be revisiting :)

Took my boyfriend here today and the food was excellent! we both got a steak and chicken burrito, I originally asked for a chicken burrito but the lady i was talking to mixed it up but i was not mad! I loved it! They are super kind there and make the food super quick and you can tell it's very authentic!

As someone that split their life on StL and Texas I can attest to the fact that we lack true taquerias. This hidden gem in a grocery store is everything I'm used to getting from my Texas home. Cheap tacos that don't taste cheap, purchase your beverage at the register (don't forget your Mexican Coke)! IYKYK! I wish they had lengua. That's my fave and would give another star for!

Small store but the hot food was good and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the chicharrones and the tamales.

I ordered the gorditas. One was chicharrón and the other was nopales (cactus) with eggs. The best gorditas you'll find in all of the state of Missouri! I asked to add eggs to the cactus, because that's how my mom use to cook them for our family. The lady was very nice and added them in there for me. She also brought over red and green salsas to our table and both were quite spicy! Everyone in the store was friendly and we also bought a few snacks from the store to go. Great place to eat homemade Mexican food!

I recently heard about this place last night from a foody friend. St. Louis over the last ten years has developed an embarrassment of riches with high quality Mexican and Central American food. I am however always looking for more and when I was told there was a place by the South Couny Home Depot, I was ready to give it a try. It is a grocery in front with a window in back to order. Several tables and probably seating for 10-30 with tables between 2 top and 8 top but not many. No Public Bathrooms. Be careful and don't get confused by "La Fiesta", which appears to just be standard Tex/Mex and has no grocery but is the first place you will see in strip mall. Keep going. This was my first trip and I only got carryouts. Enchiladas for my bride and tacos for me. All of it traveled well to Webster and was completely enjoyable. I got Asada and Tinga tacos and she had the Tinga enchilada plate. The enchiladas were served with a fluffy rice (no peas) and refried beans. The tacos were street style with onions and cilantro on corn tortillas with a lime wedge. It was all great. In my opinion, worth the drive. It is as far as you can go driving south on Lindbergh in a strip mall running perpendicular to Home Depot. Reasonable English was spoken and the proprietors were extremely friendly. I will definitely go back.

Best tacos and tortas in town. The menudo is the best in 500 miles and the hand made tortillas are delicious. I loved everything here. The red salsa is very spicy. A+ I'm going back there today after writing this review lol. ITS so delicious! And worth the 30 minute one way ride there
